Client access guide

Give us access in about 10 minutes

Five short steps so we can build and launch your campaign. You keep full ownership of every account.

Everything below happens inside your own accounts. You stay the owner of your Page, ad account, website and Google profile, and you can remove our access at any time. We never ask for your passwords.

1

Meta Business Manager (Facebook ads)

About 3 minutes. Do this on a computer.

  1. Go to business.facebook.com/settings and pick your business.
  2. In the left menu open Users, then People, and click Add.
  3. Paste our email [email protected].
  4. Choose Full control (or Employee access if you prefer), then click Next.
  5. On the assets screen, tick your Facebook Page and your Ad account and switch on full control for each. Click Send invite.
No Business Manager yet? Create one free at business.facebook.com/overview, add your Page to it, then follow the steps above. If you get stuck, reply to our email and we will set it up with you on a 10-minute screen share.
2

Facebook Page and Instagram

About 2 minutes.

  1. In Business settings, open Accounts, then Pages, and select your Page.
  2. Click Assign people, choose our name, switch on Full control, and save.
  3. For Instagram: open Accounts, then Instagram accounts. If yours is not listed, click Add and log in to Instagram to connect it.
  4. Select your Instagram account, click Assign people, choose our name and save.
Your Instagram must be a Business or Creator account, linked to your Facebook Page. You can switch it for free in the Instagram app under Settings, Account type and tools.

Add your card to your ad account

About 2 minutes. Ad spend is paid by you, directly to Meta.

  1. Go to business.facebook.com/billing_hub.
  2. Select your ad account, open Payment settings and click Add payment method.
  3. Add your card and save. You can set a spending limit on the same screen if you like.
This is separate from our management fee. Meta charges your card for ads as they run, and you can see every charge in your own billing history.
4

Website or domain access

About 3 minutes. Needed for tracking and your landing page.

Pick the one that matches your website. Invite [email protected] as a user:

  • WordPress: Users, Add New, role Administrator.
  • Wix: Settings, Roles and Permissions, Invite People, role Admin (Co-owner).
  • Squarespace: Settings, Permissions, Invite contributor, Administrator.
  • Shopify: Settings, Users and permissions, Add staff.
  • GoDaddy, Namecheap or another domain company: use Delegate access or Share access for DNS. If you cannot find it, tell us who hosts your domain and we will send exact steps.
No website, or prefer not to share it? No problem. Tell us and we will host your landing page for you.
